3.2. Payment Terms
A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due prior to the provision of Services. Payment details and schedules will be provided upon booking confirmation. We accept payments via credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

3.3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled Service will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the scheduled Service will not receive a refund.
